Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt; however,

MyPersonalisedItem Ltd. does not cover return postage costs or refund the original shipping charges. To initiate a return, please email us at info@mypersonaliseditem.com for detailed instructions.

All returned items must be in their original condition as when they were sent. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged or used.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Even if deemed faulty, items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items returned damaged or altered in any way. Personalised Items All personalised items are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@mypersonaliseditem.com with a description of the issue and include supporting images. If appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact customer services at info@mypersonaliseditem.com. We will guide you through the return process.

Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

MyPersonalisedItem Ltd. is not liable for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Delays are outside of our control and must be addressed with the courier directly. Refunds will not be provided for delays.
