Non-personalised items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt; however, MyPersonalisedItem Ltd. does not cover return postage costs or refund the original shipping charges. To initiate a return, please email us at mypersonaliseditem.com for detailed instructions.
All returned items must be in their original condition as when they were sent. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged or used.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Even if deemed faulty, items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items returned damaged or altered in any way.
